Refund Policy

7-day guarantee. Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not started a full mock exam. Practice questions, the free mini mock and the reference library do not affect eligibility.
After a full mock exam. Once you start a full mock exam, the purchase is final, because the mock is the core of what you bought.
Sat the exam and did not pass? Send us your score report within 30 days of the exam date and we extend your access free until your next attempt: one extension per attempt, up to 12 months from purchase. This is an extension of access, not a refund, and it does not depend on how much you studied.
Duplicate or mistaken purchases. Refunded in full at any time; contact us.
How. Use the contact form with the email on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Access extensions. If your exam is delayed by the testing agency or the Board, tell us and we will extend your access at no charge.
Language. This policy is published in English, Spanish and Portuguese. The English version is the binding text; the translations are provided for convenience.
